2. What this website offers

This website describes JapanReady's services and lets you request our free guide, "Is Japan Your Next Market?". When you submit your email address, we send you the guide and related information about JapanReady's services, including our Japanese launch directory and our service menu.

You can also book our paid Japan Quick Check and Japan Readiness Report on this website, as described in section 4, and contact us through our contact form.

Other paid services are provided under separate written agreements. Those agreements, not these terms, govern that work.

3. Free directory listing

Listings in our Japanese launch directory are offered free of charge at our discretion. We may accept, edit, decline or remove any listing, and the details and conditions of the directory are sent to you when you sign up. [DIRECTORY_CONDITIONS]

4. Japan Quick Check and Japan Readiness Report

All prices are in US dollars.

• Japan Quick Check: $149 for our first 10 clients (regular price $290). Delivered as a PDF report of at least 3 pages plus cover, by email, within 7 days of receiving your questionnaire answers. Days include weekends.
• Japan Readiness Report: $1,250. Delivered as a comprehensive PDF report, by email, within 14 days of receiving your questionnaire answers. Days include weekends.

After you order, we email you a questionnaire. If we have questions or need more information, the delivery time excludes any time spent waiting for your reply. For the Readiness Report, we may create an account or ask you for a test account after booking.

The Quick Check fee is credited in full if you go on to the Readiness Report or our fixes within 60 days.

There are no calls or video meetings for either report. Everything is handled in writing. We usually reply within 12 hours, and within 3 days at the latest.

You can pay by credit or debit card, ACH bank transfer (US) or international wire (telegraphic transfer). Payments are processed by Stripe.

No refunds. We start work on your order immediately after you place it, beginning with a review of your business and its web presence. For this reason, all fees are non-refundable once your order is placed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit an email address or other details that are not yours or that you are not authorised to use;
• use automated means to submit forms, scrape the website, or place an unreasonable load on it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
• use the website for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our guide, including text, design and the JapanReady name, belongs to Clarity.Do LLC or its licensors. You may read and share the guide for your own business evaluation, but you may not resell or republish it without our written permission.

7. Information only, no guarantee of results

Market data and other information on this website, in our guide and in our reports are provided for general information only. Figures come from third-party sources we believe to be reliable, but we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or currency. Nothing on this website, in our guide or in our reports is legal, tax or financial advice, including our legal checklists and trademark searches, and we do not guarantee any particular commercial result from entering the Japanese market.

8. Limitation of liability

The website and the guide are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarity.Do LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or the guide.
